This tool is a worksheet based print manager.
Copy the sheet into a new workbook and it then lets you keep up to 10 lists of sheets that can be printed together with a simple double click.
This is useful for creating multiple reports from the same workbook. Simply list the worksheets you want to print in the yellow columns, in the order they are to be printed. After double clicking the grey area at the top to trigger the print, the green column will show the print status.
Double clicking the cells at the top of column B will populate it with a list of all the worksheets in the workbook. Each sheet should have its print area set up in the normal way.
Test it in a fresh Excel with non critical workbooks first. Tested on Excel 2003 and Excel XP, not 2007 or 2000, or 97.
All the code is in the VBA behind the sheet, is not protected, or obfuscated.
Known issue: The number of printed pages doesn't work right if you have 'fit to x high by y wide' set.
